Our Exercise Routine
First Step Fitness has designed an exercise program that will help relax your body, stretch your muscles, and get you into shape. You can complete our exercise routine in your office while on break! How great is that? Our routine works all your major muscle groups including the core. Give us fifteen minutes a day while following Molly's simple nutritional program and you will reap the benefits of better health.

Total Body Workout
You will start by working the muscles of the chest, triceps, biceps and move into the muscles in your lower body. Our program can be easily integrated into your busy lifestyle. If you have a fifteen minute break during your workday then you have time to complete our routine and then visit with your friends. Better yet, invite them to your office to take a Fitness Break with you.

Challenge the Core
We have also designed a hard hitting core routine. Your core which consists of the muscles of your abdomen and lower back is the most important area of your body and often the most ignored. Many individuals find it too difficult to work on the core. Hey, if it was easy to have a six pack then everyone would have one. Our core program consists of five seperate and unique exercises that almost anyone can perform. The routine will help you strengthen the core which will pay dividends for your overall health. Your core will thank you for taking on the challenge.
